Location. Walking distance to a lot of cool spots.

Some of the linen could use a refresher. A bit old.

Nice breakfast Staff are helpful

The hotel has leaking ceiling on the top floor Plus sewerage problems in the bathroom. We were told it is only 3 years old.

The location was so convenient for my fiancé and me. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast! We would love to revisit someday. The staff was very helpful and respectful. I also enjoyed the spa. Thank you, Sun Hotel!

It was close to the beach and the main shopping area.

Old hotel. Could be upgraded

Loved the location. The staff were very helpful and always smileing. Had to get the man in to fix the safe and he arrived very promptly.

The pool was a bit cold for most of most days, as the sun hardly reaches it. Also it was a little hard for us elderly people to get up and down the ladder.

The location is really great - its not on the main street, to its not noisy, but its verz close to the beach and shopping street and restaurants. It has a pool, we didnt use it. Room was OK for the money.

The hotel is just outdated already .. I would not stay here for my vacation - it was just a one night stop before our flight.

The spa is great, 6th floor, convenient with great service

Close to everything, staff nice, pool was nice but cold due to no sun getting to it.

WiFi was never working, TV and fridge didn’t work in one of our rooms. Seen two rats running past under the fridge while having dinner and breakfast.

I honestly don't know why, but they cleaned my room daily. It was very nice to have two fresh towels every day. The place is clean, well-equipped, and inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. I'm not sure if I ever go back to Kuta, but if I do, it will be my choice for a stay again!

It isn't quiet! There are too many kids. All windows face a pool, which gets occupied by loud kids at 7 AM (!!!). Also, the walls are thick—I had to listen to people having “fun” from both sides every night. :( Also, there were many old people in this hotel and the area. So, if you are younger than 60, this place might not be a good fit.

Outstanding serviceFriendly Charming and professional ladies on front desk giving wonderful Welcomequick and efficient. Don't expect 5 star but excellent value for the cost. Clean and comfortable Fantastic location back off the main street so quiet but everything within 2 min walk lots of eating choices and convenience stores plus bars. Happy to have discovered this gem. Many Thanks to the ladies at front desk that found and secured my passport.

First Bali holiday for the kids (not us) and the location was brilliant, rooms were basic but we didn't need anything fancy as we had a lot of activities planned anyway. So close to everything, food, shopping, activities, beach so great value for money in that respect :) Also great food for breakfast!

The hotel is a bit more aged than the photos show, not fancy but definitely functional and the location makes up for it!

At night it's very noisy. There is no sound proofing from outside noise. Couldn't turn patio lights off as they are on a sensor. The rooms are quite dated. The breakfast buffet very basic compared to other places we have stayed at. We only stayed for 3 nights before meeting up with friends so it served its purpose but probably not a hotel id stay at again with children

I have stayed here many times, every time is better! Being noticed and remembered by staff is a great feeling!

I did notice that some morning that people were allowing their children to play in the pool at 6am, yet the hotel states the pool does not open until 8am.
